In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping Tsecond’s brand identity and market positioning. You’ll dive deep
into market research, analyze trends, and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand strategy. Your responsibilities
will include gathering customer insights, evaluating competitors, and assisting in the development of brand
messaging that aligns with Tsecond’s vision.

What you'll do
- Develop strategic plans and campaign roadmaps.
- Crafting presentations, mockups, or social media content that visually represents the brand’s identity and message.
- Create quick prototypes and provide clearer design feedback on the content copy.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Gather and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategies and campaigns, suggesting improvements.
- Assist in budget planning and tracking for campaigns.
Skills
Required Education and Skills
- A degree/certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Market Research, or related field.
- Strategic thinking
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel and Word), Survey and Analytics tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of content creation and design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms for
managing and publishing content.
