About the role
We are looking for an Automation-focused Python Developer to design and implement software automation solutions for hardware validation, system testing, diagnostics, and CI/CD processes.
What you'll do
- Develop Python-based automation scripts, test frameworks, and toolkits
- Automate data pipelines, system diagnostics, storage validation, and test setups
- Collaborate with QA and hardware teams to simulate real-world scenarios
- Build command-line tools and dashboards for system health monitoring
- Optimize and maintain Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD integrations
Skills
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Python development experience in automation or DevOps
- Hands-on experience with Pytest, scripting, and API integration
- Solid understanding of Linux shell, cron jobs, and monitoring tools
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab, or other CI/CD platforms
- Exposure to working with storage, server, or hardware systems
Preferred
- Experience in test automation for embedded or edge platforms
- Understanding of system logs, metrics, and performance tuning
- Exposure to YAML, Docker, or infrastructure-as-code tools
